Team
Rasaan Stewart is a former football student-athlete at Villanova University with a passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development. Rasaan built his career in sales, sales training, marketing and go-to-market at fortune 500 companies where he helped develop, facilitate and scale national programs.
As a collegiate athlete, Rasaan learned firsthand the value of grit, discipline, and teamwork—principles that now power Gritty’s mission. Motivated to redefine how companies identify, assess and hire sales talent while equipping job seekers with the skills and exposure to win in their careers and in life.
Dominique Clark is the Co-founder at Gritty as well as a former water polo student-athlete at Villanova University with a passion for scaling enterprise technology to transform the future of work. Before co-founding Gritty, Dominique built her career as a founding sales contributor in the enterprise learning and development industry, where she built and executed sales motions contributing to successful exits valued at over $20M.
After deferring law school after college to try her hand in software sales (and never looking back), Dominique is driven to build the tech-powered career launchpad she wished she had when starting her career.
Rohan has 15+ years of leadership experience in scaling some of the world’s most popular B2B and consumer tech products. Rohan holds a degree from UC Berkeley and completed post-graduate coursework at Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Rohan was an early pre-IPO employee at LinkedIn, rising from a college intern to a senior leader in the Product organization.
Rohan is a Co-Active Trained Coach and has completed guest lecture work at UC Berkeley and Columbia University in addition to facilitating custom enterprise training at organizations like VMware, ServiceNow, The San Francisco Giants and many others.
